Achillea is one of the genera of Asteraceae family distribured throughout the world world, providing Achillea is one of the genera of Asteraceae family distribured throughout the world. Information regards to inter- and intra-species diversity provides basic insights towards evolutionary processes and genetic protection strategies for small and extinct populations. In this study, genetic diversity of Iranian yarrow populations was evaluated using morphological and molecularl traits. In this study, morphological characteristics of 48 yarrow genotypes belonging to six species ( A. millefolium, A. nobilis, A. pachycephala, A. santolina and A. filipendulina ) were evaluated. The results of morphological traits were assessed in three replications. Analysis of morphological traits divided the genotypes into four groups. In the first group, most of the populations were A. millefolium, A. tenuifolia and A. nobilis , while A. pachycephala Key Words Achillea sp , Morphology, Geographical regions, SRAP primer
