Nowadays with the population growth and industrials, communities and organizations are expanding and faced with more complexity. Entrepreneurship is a key factor in the economic and growth development by multilateral interaction in the sense of job creatio and transformation through innovation. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the entrepreneurial characteristics of Isfahan agricultural students and explain how to create capacity building in the entrepreneurial process. The first research population of this study was the agricultural students at the Isfahan University of Technology and Islamic Azad University of khorasgan in the spring semester of 2014 and the second one was including 40 entrepreneurs, graduated from agricultural fields. The sample size of students was determined 223 using Cochran formula and all entrepreneurs were counted. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed respectively by the Kaiser-Myer-Olkin (KMO) criteria and Cronbach Alpha coefficient and data were collected through face to face interview by structured questionnaire. The results show that the most important factors of improving the entrepreneurial abilities of students are the economic independence and environmental conditions. The students meet the required psychological characteristics and management skills of entrepreneurship; but, encountered with no suitable environmental condition. In addition, there is a significant differences between the psychological characteristics, management skills and environmental conditions of students and entrepreneurs. The innovation, creativity and management skills training to be the most essential components of each entrepreneurship education programs.
