These days, Companies which have focused on customer and are satisfying their needs in the best quality and minimum cost have a good competitive advantageous in the market. using the facilities and recourses in an optimal manner is compulsory to a company if it wants to be successful in the local and international markets. In the last years industries have focused on using the total quality management concepts to get better position in the competitive markets. Many of Test/ Calibration laboratories all over the world are using a vast of resources to get ISO/IEC 17025 certification. Iranian laboratories have invested on ISO/IEC 17025 standard too, to elevate their quality culture and to get higher level of customer satisfaction. The various kinds of laboratories and lack of suitable experiences in ISO/IEC 17025 stabilization in Iran shows the necessity of scientific researches on related problems. Various views of ISO/IEC 17025 standard has been investigated and analyzed using process approach to extract the interactions of its necessities in this thesis. At end, a practical algorithm has been developed to establish the ISO/IEC 17025 standard in various industries. Suggested algorithm tested using practical and scientific criterions. Practical test of suggested algorithm was down by establishing the ISO/IEC 17025 standard in metallurgy engineering department of Isfahan University of Technology and scientific test of suggested algorithm was down by comparing the algorithm with alike algorithms based on scientifically defined criterions.
