In this study, assessment of land sensitiveness to the landslide was carried out using models Bayesian Belief networks, Shannon entropy, logistic regression, maximum entropy. In this research, planimetry and quantitative evaluation of landslide in the Marberaquiferous zone (800 km 2 ), south of the Isfahan province, and also creation of a deciding supportive toll was done. Initially, number of ten factors including geology element, land usage, gradient, gradient direction, altitudinal accuracy=82%) and Maxent (AUC=0.90; accuracy=82%) has higher precision than models Shannon entropy (AUC=0.75; accuracy=74%) and logistic regression (AUC=0.77; accuracy=75%) in prediction of zone slip. According to the indices AUS and error matrix, models Bayesian and Maxent has more appropriate efficiency than models Shannon entropy and logistic regression. Key words: landslide, modeling, Bayesian Belief networks, Shannon entropy, Maxent, logistic regression
