One of the richest ploymetal deposits states in Iran is Urumieh-Dokhtar, that it has been distinguished more than a few mineral signs and poly metal vein ore and porphyry deposits. Due to the high added-value in price of copper, gold, lead and zinc, as well as increased consumption in the market, bring up the prospecting and exploration of mineral deposits in this zone. Aftab- Ru polymetal index area is locates in 120 Km SW of Tehran and it is one of the place with respect of mineralogy, kinds of alteration and surface evidences can be one of promising area for consideration of copper, gold and zinc mineralization. In this study, to determine of the mineralization pattern of probably Aftab- Ru polymetal index, were used of geological, mineralogical results, inverse modeling of geophysical, surface litho-chemical statistical analysis data and combination of their results with other exploration information data. The geological point of view the general trend of the rock units and discrimination of the faults and alterations of the area lies Urumieh-Dokhtar zone (NW-SE). Incorporation of geological, mineralogical studies and geochemical data from the study area, refers to the presence of brecciate-silicic alteration, iron oxides, propylitic and sericite. By using of mineralogical studies, determined deposit ore such as: magnetite, specularite, malachite and gold as metal deposits, and mineral ore often related to silicic bodies. In part of geoelectrical studies, using of results from raw data and processed geophysical data (inverse modeling chargeability and electrical conductivity) profiles of D01, D01, P9, P8, P7, P6, P5, P4, P3, P2, P1, chargeability profiles of P1, P2, P3, D01 and P8 conform with extent and intensity of anomaly of the profiles of single elements trenches T3, T4, T18 and T12. Statistical analysis of the geochemical raw data of copper, gold and zinc determined that log-normal distribution of elements tend and in the surface samplings grade variations of gold in the mineralized samples show values from 0. 003-0.7 ppm, copper from 0.006- 1.7 % and for iron 3-14 %, and values from deep sampling from trenches of the area are for copper from 14 ppm to 0.4 %, gold 2.5-520 , iron 1.4- 13.8 % and for zinc 35-657 ppm. Using of result from raw data and processed geophysical (inverse modeling chargeability and electrical conductivity) and geochemical (statistical analysis) data distinguished two mineralization zone as Au-Cu and Cu-Zn-Fe in the area. Also, in according to present of magmatic mass in the region, oxidation conditions, propylitic alteration to form of chlorite, iron oxide in component of specularite, correlation coefficient and the manner depositional of minerals can be identified mineralizatio type of the Aftab-Ru polymetal as IOCG type
