Efficient use of human’s available resources has been his good and he always has been determined to reach the at most use of the resources through creating suitable solutions obstacles. Limitations like capital, human resources, energy and etc. endavoured managers to find methods for better use of his elements. In fact observing the function of every unit under control of manager is the critical duty of consideration to make appropriate decision for their leadership. Data Envelopment Analysis firstly has been offered by Charnes, Cooper for efficiency evaluating homogeneous Decision Making Units (DMU) with multiple inputs and multiple outputs. Data Envelopment Analysis divides the Decision Making Units in Efficient and Inefficient groups, but in most cases managers are interested in classifying and ranking units and choose the best Decision Making Units. Several Scientific models for ranking Decision Making Units have been offered by Researchers. Each of these models have some disadvantages which makes the choose of suitable ranking models hard. This research aims to find a method for ranking efficient Decision Making Units by MADM approach. This research has described ranking models in Data Envelopment Analysis and has been reviewed advantages and disadvantages of that. Then two methods with TOPSIS and AHP approach are presented by using result of several ranking methods. Finally two examples have been solved to clarify new methods. Results show that proposed methods are suitable for ranking Efficient Decision Making Units. Each of various ranking models classifies Decision Making Units based on different criteria but this proposed method has high credit, because of using the theories of most models.
