Although at the first time using of Roller Compacted Concret (RCC) was limited to massive structural works such as dams construction but speciality of RCC to obtain of high strength particularly at low ages, cause to concentrate the attention of experts for using of RCC in pavements construction that called RCCP. On the other handt, speciality of RCCP to decrease pavement construction expenses an accelerating of construction caused to make many researches in relation with the role of RCCP to grant desigk aims. In this research, effect of pozzolan and steel fibers on mechanical behaviours has been studied.the considered specimens in this research have made and studied in the base of soil view. For compacting of concrete, the Kango vibrating hammer has been used. The tests were made in two phases. At the first phases, required optimum moisture value for mix design was obtained. In this Phase, 243 cubic specimens of millimeters were made and evaluated. At the second Phase, mechanical behavior of specimens with optimum moisture obtained from the first Phase results was evaluated. These specimens consist compressive samples at tow sets of ages 28 and 90 days (90 samples) and flexural samples at the age of 210days (45 samples) that were cubic specimens of millimeters for studding of compressive strength and prismatic specimens of millimeters for studding of flexural behavior of considered mix design.
