Lasers are among the most innovation of our times and nowadays using current technologies we can contorol and use them in different context. Laser can be harful to humans and this danger differs according to wavelength, power and type of laser power. In the current research, graphene oxide nanoparticles was coated polyester / viscose fabric using immersion method. Coating parameters such as pH, graphene oxide concentration and coating time has been studied. The samples coated at pH = 11, concentration= 5 mg / ml and the coating time= 48 hours has been placed against the laser light with a wavelength of 532 nm, which reduced intensity of passing laser foem the coated sample compared to untreated sample. SEM images clearly revealed the uniform coverage of graphene nanoparticles on the surface of fabric. The results of the FTIR showed that there was no chemical reaction between the fabric and the graphene oxide nanoparticles. The results of the XRD showed that the cloth coated with graphene oxide had a small peak at 2? = 12.5 ° that belongs to the graphene oxide nanoparticles. The result of TGA showed that the degradation temperatures of the untreated and coated samples has increased from 288 and 380 ° C to 298 ° C and 385 ° C, respectively. The results of the strength and bending tests showed no change in strength and bending in the untreated and coated samples. The results of air permeability test showed that the air passage through the untreated was 16.7 ml/s.cm2 while in coated sample has been decreased to 6.8 ml/s.cm2.
