Nowadays, air pollution is a global problem that has significant growth by technology development, population growth and industrial development. Industrial development brought natural resources deterioration, more emission of PMs and manufacturing products, and more environmental pollutants. In this research duo to Esfahan mega-industries such as Zoobeahan, Fuladmobareke, Shahid montazeri and Eslamabad power plants and Jey and Sepahan oil and Esfahan refineries were simulated by AERMOD view TM software in an approximate 10000 area covering Isfahan metropolitan (Isfahan, Najafabad, Shahinshahr, Fooladshahr, Zarinshahr). To do that, the simulation is represented in one-hour, 24-hours and yearly time span. Simulated concentrations were compared with the national standards which set up by Iran Department of Environment. The results showed one-hour maximum simulated concentration of at the higher concentration is being observed in the direction of Southwest to Northeast where the wind direction and topography are influencing as the main drivers.
