In present society, with population growth and increasing vehicle traffic, increment supply is not able to meet the traortation demand. Demand management procedures are efficient solutions for reducing traffic. This study examines improve the Bus and Taxi system area, complete metro lines, increase facilities in bike and encourage carpool for attraction policies and pricing into the central area, raise parking fee and odd, even restriction for defense policies in central area of Esfahan. For this purpose, dynamic system model is used because in compare to other models considering the causal relations, feedbacks between variables and delay or non-uniform effects of parameters in over time and these characteristics has become this method as a right method for long term evaluation. In this study, Information is gathered from existed information in Esfahan municipality and previous studies done in this subject. The policies run for ten years and ranked and rated based on the impact on three indicator contain air pollution, energy consumption and smooth of traffic. Moreover, the impacts of policies on the chosen type of traortation by people are indicated. Finally, some defense policies are combined with more effective attraction policies which the impacts of both types of policies assessed as a package of policies. Among the results of this study is in order complete metro lines, improve the bus system including BRT, increase facilities in bike, pricing into the central area, raise parking fee, improve the bus system, improve the taxi system, even, odd restriction and encourage carpool in reduce air pollution and energy consumption and increase smooth of traffic has been effective in central area of Esfahan in future. In combined policies in order “complete metro lines + pricing into the central area”, “improve the bus system including BRT + pricing into the central area”, “complete metro lines + even, odd restriction”, “improve the bus system including BRT + even, odd restriction” and “encourage carpool + pricing into the central area” in reduce air pollution and energy consumption and increase smooth of traffic has been effective in central area of Esfahan in future. Combined policies has been more effective than single policies in increase smooth of traffic and reduce air pollution and energy consumption. Except “encourage carpool + pricing into the central area” the other combined policies has been more effective than single policies
