The aim of this Survey research is to study the influencing factors on ICT adoption in Comprehensive Center for ICT Services of Gharnabad in Golestan province. The sample contains 218 users who were selected by Random Stratified Sampling. The results of multiple regression and correlation analysis have been presented in the following: 1) The positive relationship at 1% Significant level between "Level of ICT adoption" and variables such as Users' age, Level of education, Gender, Marital status, Life - style, Main job, Level of proficiency in computer, Number of family member acquainted with computer, The number of family members who work in an official organization, Educational level of older sister, Family's motivations of using ICT for work and Tele working, Complexity of ICT, Image of ICT, Observability of ICT, Usage level of family in readable medias. 2) A negative relationship at 1% significant level between "Level of ICT adoption" and Family's motivation of using ICT for amusement and mothers educational level. 3).There are positive relationships between "Level of ICT adoption" and variables like user's interest to adopt innovation, Level of proficiency in computer, Possession of more than one house, relative advantage of ICT, at Significant level of 5% and negative relationship between dependent variable and "Satisfaction of user from the center management" at significant level of 5%. Dummy variable "User with main job of Tele working", Level of family usage of telecommunication facilities, dummy variable "User with post graduate educations", and observability of ICT have positive and significant effects (respectively from maximum to minimum effects) and dummy variable "User with primary and guidance education" and Family's motivation of using ICT for amusement have negative effects (respectively from maximum to minimum effects) on "Level of ICT adoption". 4) All users of center categorized in 6 clusters based on 3 criteria of usage patterns, level of skillfulness and amount of usage on patterns.
