The In situ polymerization of acrylic monomers in presence of Na+-MMT and O-MMT nano particles in solution method by two procedures of monomers charge in 3 series of samples (Ax,Bx,Cx) is done. The Na+-MMT montmorillonite nano particles showed no compatibility with solution and were sediment after a few days. Interlayer intercalation of O-MMT nano particles in thermoplastic solution acrylic resin was well done by in situ polymerization method and the interlayer spacing of O-MMT nano particles increased from 2.42 to about 3.5 nm. Glass transition temperature (Tg) of selected sample (B3) increased about 42.5 C0. Viscosity of samples containing nano particles increased sharply in compare with the samples with out nano particles and solid content in samples containing O-MMT decreased. In second method (time of charging monomers is 3 hours) solid content of produced resin increased. Paint was prepared from all of synthesized samples. Sharply modification of properties was observed in final paint of samples with B,C codes in compare with commercial sample (A04). Abrasion resistance of produced paint from sample with B3 code (containing 2 wt% O-MMT) increased over 200 percent in compare with commercial sample. Nano particles had no effect on adhesion properties of resin and produced paint, but resistance against water and benzene of samples containing nano particles increased. By increasing styrene in nano composite recipe instead of some percentage of methyl methacrylate (samples with c code) product viscosity sharply decreased and took placed in zone of commercial sample viscosity.
